The pre-workout meal is probably one of the most essential, yet neglected meals within your day.
–Aim to consume a pre-workout meal approximately 1 hour prior to beginning exercise. This amount of time can be reduced once you’ve assessed your body’s response.
–The pre-workout meal should be relatively small, and contain a good balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and fat.
–You should select foods that agree best with your stomach. This is not the meal to experiment with!
