The 90/10 rule is an approach which involves
–Dedicating 90% of your week towards good nutrition habits and discipline
–Dedicating 10% of your week towards other aspects of life, including social meals with family/friends.
This approach is more beneficial than 100% ‘on the gas’ all of the time. Not only will you avoid burnout, but you will be able to continue fitness as a lifestyle once your current goals are obtained.
