Our great coaching concepts are applied with no bounds! Online training allows us to reach more people from a greater distance, with an emphasis on training at home under the guidance of a qualified coach.

Our programs can be completed at home, in your local gym, or a combination of both. We realize some individuals would prefer to enjoy their own local gym with the addition of needed accountability and expertise from us.

Basic Online Fitness Coaching - $89/mo.


  • Initial Strategy Session
  • Training Program Design: Whatever your goals and timeline might be, we will match your overall program to this as we work towards bringing you results!
  • Base 4-Week Training Template: New Phase of training provided every 4-6 weeks. Exercises are progressed and/or changed as needed.
  • Unlimited Coaching Support: Receive weekly feedback from coach by email/text/phone.

Deluxe Online Fitness Coaching - $129/mo.


  • Receive all features of Basic, with the addition of nutrition coaching:
  • Initial Fitness Consult
  • Nutrition Program Design: Depending on how familiar/advanced you are with nutrition currently, we will match your overall program to this as we work towards bringing you results!
  • Weekly check-in with coach (30-minute Zoom call) to cover: Progress and assess need for changes, and nutrition education

Small Group Online Personal Training - $249/mo.


  • Initial Fitness Assessment
  • Training Program Design: Whatever your goals and timeline might be, we will match your overall program to this as we work towards bringing you results!
  • 2-3x per week Online training in Small Group with coach (30-minute Zoom call)
  • Base 4-Week Training Template: New Phase of training provided every 4-6 weeks. Exercises are progressed and/or changed as needed. Pre-recorded workouts to follow as backup.
  • Unlimited Coaching Support: Receive weekly feedback from coach by email/text/phone.

1:on:1 Online Personal Training - $499/mo.


  • Initial Fitness Assessment
  • Training Program Design: Whatever your goals and timeline might be, we will match your overall program to this as we work towards bringing you results!
  • 2-3x per week Online training 1:on:1 with coach (30-minute Zoom call)
  • Base 4-Week Training Template: New Phase of training provided every 4-6 weeks. Exercises are progressed and/or changed as needed.
  • Unlimited Coaching Support: Receive weekly feedback from coach by email/text/phone.
