Restorative therapies (i.e. stretching, muscle release) can be a powerful and necessary aid during times of repeated stress, frequent periods of sitting, and even consistent training. Follow along with this video as we break down a key and fundamental stretch for the hip flexors. By making small adjustments of the rear foot position, we can target/emphasize the following muscles

–Psoas

–IT Band/TFL

–Rectus Femoris
